Yes, Level 1 participants will be charged automatically on the same day of the month as they registered.

Level 2 participants will be charged on the 27th of each month for the following month.

It is crucial that you update your credit card information whenever it changes. Therapists whose credit cards are declined will be denied access to the members’ area until their charge is processed. Update your card by clicking "my profile" on the top navigation bar and selecting "my subscriptions" from the drop down menu. When updating your credit card information, you must enter the whole number, not just the new expiration date. Even if the number is the same, it must be re-entered.
