Click "My profile" on the top navigation bar and choose the second drop down option, "Edit Profile." Then click the second tab, "Contact Info." That will show you a page with your username and it has two blanks for your password. Type your new username or password into the appropriate places and remember to click "update" at the bottom of the page when you are finished.
